It seems to me from Wayne's interview today that we're well on our way towards getting everything in order for the NASDAQ listing - he mentions that there are a couple more documents to file but they've already working on these. If this weren't the case, maybe this offer might seem more lucrative to get that NASDAQ listing fast-tracked but hopefully we're not as desperate currently. And most importantly he mentions this will trigger more interest
