Given that this stock is my highest weight in my portfolio, before buying more I'm trying to research possible competitors. I've looked at Quantum Brilliance before, although they don't publish much information about their actual technical progress. Again, there's a lot of glossy material in the news section of their website but nothing heavily relating to commercialization progress. The latest I can find, is a Digitale Welt magazine from March 2021, which discusses Quantum Brilliance's progress, with a QDK desktop sized device with 5 qubits set for purchase in 2021. Nothing on their website shows that they're selling it yet or not. They call it a quantum accelerator, which works at room temperature. They claim that they're targeting a graphics card size device to integrate into a computer by 2025, in a brief development roadmap. Until then, they'll be slowly adding more qubit, miniaturizing the device, and making them more reliable and rugged.

The difference is that they use synthetic diamonds, as opposed to graphite. Will the diamond technology limit them from being able to compete with the eventual mobile device that Archer is developing? Has anyone directly asked Archer whether this diamond use is a threat to them and their technology? If not, I may.
