    hi success41 - and wishing you plenty - now I started from scratch 2006 and will add a few of my icks to Sskims very comprehensive list -
    read anything Buffett first just to get your head into the right frame of looking for value - so many scams and unknowns in the market its important to be on the lookout for quality first. Then- refinement - Technical Analysis Explained - Martin Pring; Traders Tutorial, W S Harper; Getting Started in Chart Patterns, Thomas Bulkowski and since you're on here you must like resources - so a must read is The Mining Valuation Handbook, Dr Victor Rudenno.
    Also highly recommend the rag Your Trading Edge - has excellent articles and gradually reading through gives you a bit of everything. Finally there are some great posts on here and on the individual code threads mostly not - you gotta be discriminating - which I'm sure you afre if you're prepared to ask for a reading list. ATAA also have a library - could be worth joining to access. The old days of buy set and hold can cost a lot of capital. A
