    Your welcome, but remember a difficult party to an Arbitration can delay for a very long time.

    From what I have been reading as to the issue in dispute it appears to be, (and that may well not be an accurate reflection of the dispute)

    Will BG agree to ROG becoming a JV partner ?

    And if BG does not agree will BG be in breach of the agreementamd what flows from that repudiation,
