agm proxy form - submission options

    1. On the base of the Proxy form it says to mail or fax your proxy to the Company.

    2. In the note giving notice of the AGM it also indicates proxy can be delivered/mailed or faxed to the Share Registrar, Security Transfer Registrars.

    I wonder why NBS seems to encourage sending them direct to their Office?
