Yeah ive seen this long time ago, its like a CT image but in much more details, still not functional it doesn't show you the regional function of the lungs like XV LVAS. They sound like when Andreas fouras invented 4dx technology 16 years ago, so theyre at least a decade away if everything is successful.
The closest competitor of 4DX i found is a company called FLUIDDA they show functional lung imaging and their algorithms technology works only on CT machines not X-rays, meaning it will be more expensive and more radioactive, more time to do one scan etc. But anyway they're still YEARS behind 4Dmedical.

4Dmedical still the sole player in the market, their technology by far is more superior, safer, cheaper and at least 5 years ahead from their closest competitor.
