Just a note of analysis re the change in share price of comparator companies to SXY since the announcement date of 15 October 2021.
SXY says that the offer is a 25% premium on pre-bid price (they must be using some VWAP for several pre-bid days, as the 15/10/21 close was $3.82; and $4.60 is a 20% premium over that).
The comparator list below shows sp increases between 2% and 33%.



My conclusion - there is NO takeover premium in current SXY offer (just the price we would now be seeing without any bid).
