Ellerston have no doubt locked in their 5% at $1.40 for the long term (too illiquid to rely on being able to exit quickly). Personally, I think that gives some comfort of a floor in the price (give or take 10-15%) because I think they or other institutions will buy on the market if it falls to far. Just a hunch. They will well understand the potential and the valuation gap against peers. I think pressure from the Euro auto sector will get this moving sooner rather than later - an offtake, equity injection, whatever - because the resource is too important in terms of securing local supply to be left out in the cold. When that materialises, the move up will be sharp and large. So, you can try and finesse your entry or your holding but don't be out of it as the next news arrives. All IMO
