Admittedly I did look at them prior to TLG but too many red flags . Mozambique Gov has military co - operation ties with China , rebels , etc , etc . Got to ask how secure the licenses are (few cases in Africa of them being revoked & passed on to Chinese interests) , how secure the Port is , etc , etc . I would also suspect that the sovereign risk aspect had something to do with lack of funding options other than to ream their S/H's . Elon doing his DD is a laugh , he can walk anytime he likes & what can they do about it ? , the risk is ALL ON THEM .
