This seems to be a good deal for MIN, but there seems to be something missing in regard to what ALB got in exchange for reducing its Wodgina ownership by 10%. They already had the opportunity to do further joint ventures with MIN, and they already had the exclusive right to market the MIN share of the lithium. What am I missing?
