Retired Y, yes sales are very important but not as key as cost control. It is imperative the BUD business is right sized for the sales activities and in particular the gross margin those sales generate. BUD simply will not survive if they do not start generating more sizable operating cash surpluses. Investment in R&D and inventory will continue to use scarse cash resources.
Lack of commercial acumen at the top allowed BUD to arrive at the current position. Only parties making any money from BUD are the financiers and directors.
I have lost so much now I might as well hold and see where the company ends up. Would really like to attend an AGM and ask some serious questions of management and the directors. Did BUD have an external party conduct DD on the LIFX purchase> If so why is BUD not suing that party for negligence? Just hope the company lasts long enough to allow unrestricted travel between Oz and NZ.
