@Gitmo the small sample sizes for the burns and sinus are problemmatic. They are encouraging, as are all of the in-vitro results, but not of much more value than that unfortunately. You are spot on about risk tolerance though. Ideally people don't enter into this thinking that it is an even money bet though. Statistically if we get past 4000mg/kg without problemmatic toxicity our probabilities go to 26% for sepsis taking the industry wide success rates.
