Finally some really good news.Will need a 20%+ rally to attract new investors. Let's see how it goes.
But the serious investigation is thankfully over.....the disclosure one left is a grey area and defensible.
Worse case is a small fine....which is well and truly factored in from $8 to $1.60 fall. The turning point ?
