PLEASE note that Southern Cross upside estimate of 35 cps is based on a US$1,100 gold price, and as you suggest that 40cps is the target for US1,150 (by my cals anyway) - and that this does not allow for the sinc by-product that SCE has also suggested as another leg up in valuation.

And still ZERO value imputed for Mapawa, ZERO still imputed for Inferreds at Siana!

IMO target price has shifted north to $0.45 before we even think about the deeper potential of Mapawa - that could add $1.00 by itself!
