Hi Harry, I was only referring to the general consensus that shipping rates were on the slide. I think Navarone has a good handle on it but if you say rates are now on the rise again, we’ll that is no good for VMS and us holders.
Even the last time I saw a graph, the rates were still way to high. Maybe others here can get some updated figures.
