I see they are actually doing something. My point is simply this. Renounceable rights issues are the only fair way to raise capital. RIO did it, and if understand correctly it is the British model. Nothing wrong with having it underwritten. The rights of those that don't participate are taken by others in exchange for payment. Why should johnny come lately institutions get to steal the prize from thos that have invested and supported long term!
