I wouldn't go as far as saying DP is a rubbish MD. I would say that he should have anticipated the affects of the CR and got on the front foot the last few months of 2021. Instead he did one short Christmas message saying he acknowledges short term pain but the operations are going as planned. I just think there was a lack of shareholder engagement. He clearly knows what he's doing on operational but wouldn't be the first MD to struggle with the whole shareholder thing.

This is why I've said things like webinars could help. Change the narrative. You just can't dismiss it and say well if you wait a couple more years things might look better.

The fact that nobody is investing in the heads now and won't until June is something that should be a concern for any MD. The fact we have top 20 holders saying there is no expectations for any SP movement no matter what announcements happen should be a concern for any MD.
