I'd like to merge rather than take over another development project once Warrawoona is up and running. Also, I favour new projects as old mills and mine sites are full of problems and inefficiencies which are difficult to solve. That's why I like CAI. And look at what CMM have done too. It seems easier to make these new projects work than turn around an existing operation (eg. AMI and Dargues).
