Surely for people in rural communities, being able to watch TV online is a human right worthy of substantial government expenditure.
Sure there are over 100,000 homeless across Australia, a growing crisis in public health, housing and education but surely the ability of people in rural areas to download entire seasons of House over bit-torrent in the blink of an eye trumps these minor concerns.
