My point was that you can have the best resume in the world.. it doesn’t guarantee success of a start up.. in fact I’d say coming into a company already established is a much easier proposition (potentially) as things are in place..different kettle of fish… as in coming into an already established business like PanAust..

Pnina and Gary would both have amazing resumes yet their business listed on asx aren’t going so great.. both had brilliant ideas some great people behind them and it still an uphill battle for success.
