We weren't informed the company is being investigated for breaches of the law, including ''fraud by company directors as to accounts'', ''fraudulent falsification of records'', ''prohibited conduct by a person in possession of inside information'', ''market misconduct'' and a lack of disclosure over substantial holders, among other things.

So maybe that should read "The market will continue to be informed of developments at least 7 months after we know something and only if we're forced to inform the market because we want to put out a prospectus."
