there has been abit of uncertainty surrounding the company, especially with the long drawn out saga in South Africa as well as the fact they were tight for money (not so any more with the success of the rights issue). Sentiment plays a large part, plus we haven't heard any news from LOM in awhile, hopefully come the dry season exploration will kick off in a big way and some very solid results will come in. I have heard it be said that they are sitting on a major diamond province, trawl back through it was in one of the announcements, but they have a large number of potential kimberlite pipes
