    Free float has always been low for Cimic as it is majority owned ultimately by Spanish giant ACS group. Hochtief is a 70 odd % subsidiary of ACS group. I suspect ACS which controls Hochtief would ask it to leave its stake in Cimic.

    I didn't think the report was that bad to warrant such a large decrease today. The outlook appears positive to me.
