this is solid result from new management, they delivered on their promise, they articulate what they will do next and then what action they will take to get there, the web Q&A was good, they keep it short and to the point no waffling around
a sign of confident and capable management they know exactly what they are doing and how to move the business forward, the bad days are now behind them
