So for 10k you can buy 151515 shares. If MAY reach 10 cents those shares worth $15151 ( about $5151 profit ). Similarly, MAYO options are not 4 cents, but 4.1 cents. At 4.1 cents you can buy 243902 options. When MAY is at 10 cents, MAYO should be 6.5 cents. So, at 6.5 cents 243902 options worth $15853 ( about $5853) profit. Yes, about $700 more profit if you buy options, but not as much as you have illustrated.
