I dont agree that its retail holders selling due to this deal. Please do check the price action everyday. Every day's WWAP is more than the closing price. So someone just wants to keep pushing SP low day by day. Its all about who are the big holders in the register. This stock seems to be plagued by some thugs who just want to keep pushing price low. I have seen countless of stocks killed by such price action. There is no protection for retail investors in this market. Stocks with such price action should be suspended for trading till the board comes up with some explanation as to what is going on.
