Could someone tell me if capitol raising is good for the Investor? QHL
I understand that capitol needs to be raised to fund such huge undertakings with new contracts etc etc. If new shares are to be issued, does this mean that the share price will be diluted somewhat? I'm in for the long haul, but I do like to see the price move in the right direction rather than trickle back as been the case in the past.
