At the AGM 21 Nov 2021 Management said that they were already in discussions regarding Off take agreements.
In the present environment and considering the quality of the project, I would think that obtaining Off take agreements Shouldn't be a problem.
Hopefully those negotiations are well advanced and that we get some news soon after signing of the EFA.
Regarding your highlighted section. I think they are pre consolidation figures.
