What it did say was that currently there are 11 reactors running in China with over another 50 to be up and running by 2020 and a further approx 120 planned but this is constantly being revised due to the exponential growth in energy demand. The Chinese plan in 5 year blocks and are coming to the end of the current one (2006-2010)so I expect to see some new figures on projected growth soon.
Currently, China gets 80% of their energy from fossil fuels and this will only be slightly reduced with hydro. The need for clean energy is massive.
