Don't get me wrong, I am a holder, however if he is that confident in the business, to me he should just let the numbers do the talking, stop with the webinars and get cracking in the background. The best way to shut the haters up would be to perform and perform well. It comes off as a bit unprofessional blaming keyboard warriors etc when shareholders have genuine questions after he has talked up the business. They originally started quoting ARPU in their metrics and then have dropped it now. There have been numerous webinars and that is the first one where he has really been challenged on things. Is he going to do a webinar everytime someone says something that he doesn't agree with about the company?

It is a really, really good business idea, but traction needs to be gained and fast, as, like I have said before first mover advantage will be squandered. Patience is definitely needed but so are measurable results.
