Jase the mead Ace so far,
Began here on 8/2/22
Today 10/2/22 here we are,
Fermenting away nice and steady,
As the days go on the fermentation will reduce as the hydrometer drops ,
Target fermentation is 1006 or there abouts, + or - a bit,
I'll work out the alcohol content by the end of the week,
So far so good,
Temperature is steady at around the 26 degree mark + or - a bit,
I hope your enjoying our redneck Master class mead making progress,,
Tasting sessions will begin as soon as possible on the brewers consent only,
