They won't let Derek fail he comes from a succesful respected background. They have a plan for this man - He is Johns Youngs apprentice with guidance from the others as well TL and NB. Derek is the technical guy in the company with passion and has the drive to succeed, I was impressed meeting both John and Derek. John is the wise hard working passionate, knowledgeable and proactive go getter - perfect chemistry well balanced board.

Trek will set Derek up for the future - Make a real name for himself, he will be feeling the pressure at the moment though. I feel they will be bringing something real soon.
