it can also mean as the words say a disappointing 2021 and the pay cut, why they have just had a CR, is cash short, I've seen companies go down without even saying as much, does anyone know really why the testing has changed can they not afford IMEC any more.
Don't think the market will like it, and nothing anyway until July as the announcement says. Too much uncertainty in the world in the next to weeks anyway.
