One of their key senior engineering staff headed to retirement in October - who by the way has had an outstanding career in the semi-conductor industry - tells us that after what will be 7 yrs with 4DS his work is done.

Given what happened to the US markets yesterday the market may mark 4DS down today along with everyone else (Nasdaq took a beating after the US inflation numbers) but people that know the 4DS story and can read / comprehend what is being done here should be content. They know that potential acquirers are going to want to see performance data produced by state-of-the-art Testing equipment.

Or he's taking a pay-cut to preserve cash as he knows this will be dragging on for a long time. The big deal seems to always be just around the corner....
