Rubbish. Today is 11 Feb - you should have been more careful with your choice of words - implying that he had JUST left the co. That is nasty for s/h's.
This is what the ann on 1 Feb said: (it does not say he resigned from the co).
"Aaron Day has resigned as Executive Director and Managing Director effective immediately."
