my argument is that , recently sp was on rise, was momentum deliberately killed to do cr.

if cr was necessary and company was issueing at 20percent discount, why current holders were not given chance to participate, on other hand director is participating.


are companies raising using sophisticated investors or not so sophisticated traders

why not these companies auction off share to SI just like general to ensure. companies get true value for each share. if same rule applies for all cr definitely si will participate as at the end of the day everyone is here to make profit...just need even playing field and ensuring transparent process rather using preferred choice.
