Not sure humm have made any statement regarding completion in the week commencing 7 Feb only LFS. So most of the time pressure would appear to be on LFS...
I am also unaware of any indication regarding the end of the extended exclusivity arrangement. However humm could use the LFS statement re 7 Feb as end end point for this exclusivity.
Ultimately unless LFS provide a compelling offer (in both price and payment terms) this could continue for a while ... which maybe of benefit to share holders as it is a negotiation and in a negotiation it is usually best if your strategy and options are not transparent, which means limited strategically beneficial announcements until the best deal has/ or has net been done. Patience provides reward.
