Yes agreed - but if I'm a potential lender, why not wait until the company goes bankrupt and then pick it up in administration? Might be cheaper...
To be clear I'm not saying this is the more likely scenario (or even a likely one) but we are not doing ourselves any favour by cutting it so close with regards to cash
