CIMIC is doing share buyback for every now and then and Hochtief's ownership is steadily rising.
What I feel is that Hoctief is employing a dirty tactic to steal shares from us/retail at dirt-cheap price.
Also free float is only 55 million shares now. Quite easy to keep the share price down with small money
