Ann: Share Buyback Update, page-38

On the 27th October 2021 the company released an ASX Announcement regarding a Share Buy Back Scheme!
Our share price prior to that announcement was $3.97 ps
Now here we are coming up to 4 months later and not one share has been bought back by the management and our share price this morning as i post is still sitting at $3.975 ps???
I said at the time I would have preferred the company introduce a dividend policy rather than the Share Buy Back and i stick to my original thoughts on that issue.
I would also like to know just who is manipulating our share price over the past few months as it is going up and down like a bloody Yo Yo and still remaining stagnant?
Has this share price manipulation have anything to do with the companies statement re a Potential Takeover Bid, I think so???
