Shame they arent offering to buy shares back.
they smell an oppurtunity as the company is seriously undervalued.
voluntary delisting essentially means they wont have to buy back share, spend more money, or worry about cap raise.
wont be surprised if a backer is already prepared to provide funds once private. Give it a few years this will be listed in the US and a unicron valuation
