Appian holds 21.93% of Peak as at 8th October 2021.
From memory, they bought most of these shares several years ago at $0.10 which is equivalent to $1.00 after the share consolidation.
They are offloading nearly all their shares at break even to Shenghe.
Why would they sell their shares for no profit at this point in time? Peak is on the cusp of a large share price increase due to potential positive news this year regarding licenses, offtakes, financing, etc.
