    Anyone know when we can claim ZYL as a tax loss? Do we have to wait for the new shelf company to be listed? Can we sell to a company like this to realize a total tax loss:

    Also just realized that I owned shares in Magnet Metals in the late 1970's, Magnet was re listed as ZYL, funny coincidence. From what I remember I made some money from Magnet so I feel a bit better about losing with ZYL.
