in it for the long term

Its a long term play in my books. I would love to be proven wrong and would crack the bubbly or even a case @ xmas if VPG hit 27. But I doubt that will happen.

Long term, I would say we are looking way higher than even 27. No one on this forum can predict what property prices will do in next 12 - 24 months, but most will agree it will head back up, at what rate, anyones guess.

Remember, we just issued a truck load of stock to market in October. Have we seen much of a sell off, NO.. What you are seeing at the moment, is people finally selling out of the issued October stock and making profit. nothing more, nothing less.

If a 0.05 to 1 cent change in the SP makes you lose sleep at night, it maybe isnt the right stock to be in. It could infact hit 10 cents again if those selling out of SPP want to get money out and move into another play.

My suggestion, get into this at these prices for long term play. If looking for a quick win, alot of other better options out there with alot more volume to play with.

We all will do well with this one long term.
