Humich received $2.1m or so from Tv2 due to the legal claim. JayPlus paid circa $5m. It has since been noted via the liquidators report into Cancun that the parties were associated.

Are you suggesting the propagated amount paid to Humich should have been more ? I made no distinction between the JayPlus funds and Humich’s legal claim….although the balance of the monies available to Tv2 after paying out the claim did end up disappearing within a quarter - Hmmm.
