Sorry dera old Gard's.......You werent in court as you say....neither was I...but maybe defendants didnt take stand as they felt that the case against them was so weak as to not warrant giving evidence under oath which may have incriminated them more......Look at the current hoo ha going on in South Australia...A woman say's that the premier had sex with her and alleges all sort of things happened....He then comes's out and Deny, Deny, Deny!!! much like chm allege allege allege...MMx deny, deny deny....No written agrrements..no hard evidence..no first hand witnesses!!! he said, she said.....No Proof of MMx complicitness, just a whole heap of unsubstantiated allegation...Result..Not Prooved..Sorry ....You get your $153,000 back plus interest......1.9 cents a share back down to 1 cent a share or less......
