if the 5 key people around who a defence is built dont take the stand then their defence goes out the door.
what defence was there?
the afidavits of these people can not be relied on.
the only defence that I can find out about is a quantity arguement.
So CHM put forward that through share issues etc MMX gained a benefit out of something illegal.
MMX havent defended that, they I understand put up an arguement that it wasnt that big a contribution.
As you said dont take the stand as it maybe more incriminating.
These guys not taking the stand was a huge bonus to CHM case
