No speeding ticket issued, no worries, I think its a former director (unconfirmed) taking his "pay" and heading off into the sunset in my opinion.
We wont know as the 7.5m shares that was the "iceberg" sale order (Samwally alerted us to) isn't enough to require a formal announcement to the market, and the former director had already declared their final share holding when they retired.
So no need to inform the market any further after that unless they were a major holder (5%+).
All this is my thoughts only, not advice.
But Im sure as hell happy about the outcome to the "iceberg gate" we have recently witnessed!
