yeah could be be. I'm not convinced though. this was only the last 2 days. there have been some big orders at 24c (relatively speaking) in the last 5 months. could be all coincidental of course. I am hoping for either current directors adding to the 17% or an institution with a good rep.
there's always of course the possibility someone has got their hands on some promising bulk sample results??
