literally hours before the press release on our Monday morning meeting
( California time) we received word from our partner imec that , they had provided ' misinformation regarding the current  platform lot' and the reasons why the previous platform lot had Failed would ge the reason the Next Device Lot Would Fail' , there is a design flaw in the previous 2 lots that would again be in the Next Lot ,  ( lead to 3 week suspension)
